Datuk Tee Guan Pian, Alvin

Chairman/ Director

Datuk Tee Guan Pian holds memberships in several professional bodies including the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He is also licensed under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 to advise on corporate finance. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has served as a bank examiner with Bank Negara Malaysia and later as a partner at Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew & Co, where he handled audits and special administration of public listed companies. Currently, he is the Chairman who leads Community P2P Sdn Bhd.

Norzilah Binti Mohammed

Director/ Chief Executive Officer

Puan Norzilah Binti Mohammed is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. She previously served as CEO of Export-Import Bank of Malaysia (EXIM Bank), where she also held key roles including COO, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Credit Officer. During her tenure, she enhanced access to financing for SMEs and led the bank to receive several prestigious awards. She later joined Destini Berhad as Executive Director, playing a critical role in corporate restructuring and strengthening risk management.

In 2023, she was appointed Executive Director of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad (AEHB) and became a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director in 2024, contributing to strategic planning, ESG integration, and risk oversight. She currently serves on the boards of UNIMAS and Rosegate Insurance Brokers, and holds advisory roles with the Malaysia China Business Council and UniKL.

Puan Norzilah holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University, Sacramento, and has undertaken numerous professional programs, including certifications in risk management, corporate governance, and leadership from top institutions such as Michigan’s Ross School of Business and The Icliff Leadership & Governance Centre. Currently, she holds position of Chief Executive Officer of Community P2P Sdn Bhd.

Dato’ Rahim Bin Suboh

Director

Dato’ Rahim Bin Suboh is a veteran professional with over 40 years of diverse experience across industries such as banking, finance, transportation, telecommunications, property development, and foreign currency exchange. He began his career with Bank Negara Malaysia in 1979 and later held leadership roles in transport and engineering services, including as Chairman of Hanitek Sdn. Bhd. He served as Special Officer to the Deputy Minister of Finance from 2013 to 2017 and has been an International Advisor to UKHWAH since 2009.

He currently serves on the Board of Berjaya Assets Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director and is also part of its Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees. In addition, he holds board and advisory positions in various companies including BCM Alliance Berhad, Computer Form (M) Bhd, ACE Money Exchange, ACE Investment Bank, and several private firms. He also acts as Special Officer to the Minister of Community Development and People Well-Being. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (D.I.M.P) in 2011.

Sun, Jianwei

Sun Jianwei is a Chinese entrepreneur with a diverse business portfolio spanning investment, trading, technology, and real estate. He is committed to fostering innovation and driving economic growth through cross-sector collaboration and digital transformation. In 2023, he served as an Honorary Advisor for Hikvision (Malaysia) and became President of the Malaysia Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Business Association in 2024

Mr. Sun has held several leadership roles, including CEO of Beijing Chang Cheng Bintai Engineering and director positions in multiple companies such as Fullrich Malaysia Sdn Bhd, which he founded in 2016 in support of China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Fullrich Malaysia is a Bank Negara Malaysia-approved fintech company providing digital solutions like white-label mobile apps and e-wallet engines to support business digitalization.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the European University of Ireland, Mr. Sun brings expertise in financial management, strategic growth, innovation, and leadership across the tech, finance, and property sectors.

Kamarul Ariffin Bin Mohd Jamil

Kamarul Ariffin Bin Mohd Jamil is a seasoned leader with a strong background in corporate strategy and financial services. He was the Group CEO of Affin Bank Berhad from 2015 to 2020, managing its group performance across subsidiaries including Affin Islamic Bank and Affin Hwang Investment Bank. Prior to that, he led Affin Islamic Bank as CEO from 2006 to 2015, driving above-industry performance. His earlier roles included strategic positions at Affin Bank, Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad, Trenergy (Malaysia) Bhd, and Shell Malaysia.

Kamarul holds a BA in Economics from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University. He currently holds chairman and director positions at several organizations, including Fullrich Malaysia Sdn Bhd, UM Holdings Sdn Bhd, and Maybank Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd, demonstrating his continued leadership in the financial and education sectors.
